I was told I will need a Phalloplasty do to the tips not sitting right I'm afraid I might loose more length Im finally seeing slight increase an length I have a Titan which I hate Dr trying to convince me not to switch to AMs

Cuold you tell us more? What do you mean the tips not stitting right? Are you talking about erosion?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar
