O-exercise?

Postby raydekk » Fri Oct 03, 2025 6:19 pm

Some months ago, I sustained a spinal chord injury. I am told that there is no permanent damage, but it is taking long. I have been doing exercising every day and my right side is way behind the left. I just discovered that I cannot feel an orgasm. Everything works, but I cannot feel it. Are there any exercises, or something, I could try? Thanks.

Worth trying a regimen of Kegels often. Also I would apply some vibration therapy to the penis and perineum. I am not a urologist, but these are simple and Kegels are always beneficial. Good luck!

Elaborate on your injury and physical therapy.
I broke my l-5 along with a torn rotator cuff. I ended up making my own physical therapy device as if I bent it over any bit I was unable to straiten back up.

If you able to do squats do your kegals with squats it greatly emphasizes the strength of a kegal. Just now starting to feel a kegal since my implant.

This does not affect anyone's response so far, but I forgot to specify that I have never lost feeling anywhere (arms, feet, etc.) Pain went away after the 1st week, which consisted of burning (FIRE!) in my forearms--long gone, now.

Upnorth: injury was two C somethings, C5 maybe, and C something else. It is affecting movement in my arms and legs. Yes, kegals, I have been doing those since I started PT. I will add with squats-thanks.

olddog12: I'll try a massager, too-thanks.

If you haven’t already informed your neurologist you should do so. Making sure they know of any sensory deficits is important.
