Some guy told me that an infrapubic erection points out at 4 o' clock, where if you go penoscrotal it will point out at 3 o' clock.
Can anyone tell me is that true?

Re: Infrapubic Erection Angle
I think it’s more dependent on your anatomy…crus angle, ligament strength, etc. than the surgical approach. I’m open to being corrected on that if somebody knows differently.

Irish Lad 34, I agree with ElbowRoom's comments above. For me, before ED my angle was about 2:00, but post-op I've been 4:00. I don't know if the change was caused by ED, or the weight of the implant, or the effect of age -- or some combination of those. However, now everything works great at any angle between 2:00 and 4:00.

Were you implanted infrapubic?

Re: Infrapubic Erection Angle
Irish Lad 34, my procedure was penoscrotal. I saw your comment about the difference in erection angles based on type of procedure. I've been using this form for 2-3 years, and talked with a couple different surgeons, and haven't heard what was relayed to you. And FWIW, when I asked an AI about the difference in erection angle based on type of procedure I got a 'no' with a pretty good description of why that wouldn't affect erection angle.

Re: Infrapubic Erection Angle
Mine was done infrapubic ... I have the scar to prove it! And erection angle is 3 o'clock, always. Absolutely fully pumped and it may get close to 2 o'clock. So, no, that is incorrect info.
