Skin Engorging With An Implant?

Injections are very hit and miss with me, hence why I'm going for the implant.

On the occasions when I get a great result with an injection I experience a full blown proper erection, and it's maximum capacity it almost feels like the skin is sort of engorged. Like when I squeeze it, it feels like the skin has thickened up and it feels warm and it feels like there is a thick spongey layer of warm juicy skin surrounding my penis.

Is anyone familiar with this feeling and if so, do you lose that with an implant? The swollen skin kind of feels like it gives it that tiny bit of extra girth.

I used Trimix injections until they no longer worked and it was also hit and miss for me. I know the feeling that you refer to.
Based on my experience I would say that each of a natural erection, injection induced, and a pumped up implant are somewhat different effects and sensations. But all produce a level of engorgement and feel great as long as you're sexually aroused. Individual results with an implant can vary from person to person. I find that I can get some engorgement with my implant and it feels tight, in a similar way to an injection, but not exactly the same. I don't get a spongy outer layer except for the actual skin and superficial blood vessels etc. It feels very hard but pliable. My glans is usually cold initially but with continued thrusting during PIV sex it warms up quickly. The glans has a separate blood supply as I understand it and my surgeon told me that the cold glans effect should go away eventually. The shaft is usually warmer from the outset and stays warm. I can sometimes get sudden engorgement close to orgasm if highly aroused (more than usual). In that case the both the shaft and glans become more swollen and hard. It doesn't happen that often but I love it when it does. Having been through injections (which caused me some problems, but that's another story) I'll take the implant any day. What I can do with this thing is astonishing.

No. Although I didn't take accurate prior measurements I seem to be the same post implant and it looks natural.
I have noticed a very slight increase in girth recently, mainly closer to the base.
I'm assuming it's from regular cycling causing the implant to start stretching the tunica to whatever its maximum is.
Hopefully I'll get a little more but I'm not expecting miracles.
