8 Week Observations

So at 8 weeks I have a few observations and/or questions at this point in time.
My wife and I have had sex 4 times since being cleared (Nov. 4) and it is getting better each time which is great.
My glans does not seem to be reacting to stimulus but I am still able to perform and ejaculate with no issue.
I do have the tubing at the base on either side which has not been noticeable to me or my wife.
What is noticeable is the pump slapping her when we do it
The left testicle which has been somewhat displaced because of the pump ( more forward now) is still slightly tender although inflating and defaulting are not a problem.
Anyone else have similar observations and is it still normal for that testicle to be tender at 8 weeks.

It is normal to still have swelling, discomfort, pain and other physical variations at 8 weeks. My doc put six months as the outside window of where everything “settles in” and I think that was about right with me.

Yes, you got a big-ass hard plastic nut in your sack now. I haven’t heard reports of any women disliking that, but a number of women have commented on how much they like my scrotum slapping their clit in doggy.

18 months later and I have tubing protruding at the base. I understand that is common. I mostly notice it when I am flaccid, I don’t notice it when I am inflated.

So overall I would say your experience sounds within the realm of what’s normal.

I just asked the wife. She says she has always felt my balls slapping against her but since the implant she hasn’t directly tied the feeling to the pump slapping her.
As far as tender, how much is determined by my activity level. I’ve been at gym five to six days a week for over two months so I do feel the sensitivity quite frequently. and I did notice tonight while walking the dog but I just through jeans on without underwear. Jeans without underwear is like continuous foreplay, especially climbing in a cold car and the balls get the cold rush from the leather seats.

Thanks for the replies. It sounds like things are progressing as they should. The only thing I am slightly disappointed about is the glans issue as it doesn't seem to be responding at all. Not sure why since it certainly used to get quite swollen. Other than that I'm a happy camper as I am still getting used to the idea that .....I can stay hard!!!! As long as I want!! Am I dreaming?

Try backing off on the inflation a bit, if it’s super hard the implant might be impeding blood flow. Also you can try L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, Cialis or Viagra to help with engorgement.

Remember you are only 8 weeks. Things change daily for the next couple months and many on here say there is changes 6-12 months and I’ve read even more. I read one post here today that he still gets a bit of pumping pain I believe since implant in 2023.
