For me, the answer was cock ring. I'm not sure of your experience with them, but it counters soft glans.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have no experience with a cock ring. What percentage did you inflate your implant to when using a cock ring? Does it make the glans hard? I think the problem with orgasms stems from the soft glans. Do I simply inflate the implant and slip the ring over it? Thanks and best regards.

Try pure nitric oxide supplement, dialates you blood vessels moving more blood through your system, promotes healing as well. Works for me.

I’m having a very similar issue, though I’m only at ten weeks from surgery and hoping it will resolve. I still have numbness on the underside of two-thirds of the shaft toward the base.
I take 5mg daily Tadalafil and L-Arginine and L-Citrulline supplements. That seems to help with glans size, though I’m still not there yet with orgasm during intercourse. I’m trying to regain that without becoming reliant of devices like rings, we I’ll have to see how it goes.

I put it on first, behind the balls, then inflate. I use thicker, but strong silicone ones. It makes the whole soft girth fill up including the glans. I can put on two and the glans gets super tight, but it's too much and gets irritating quickly. One is good for a while.
