Need an opinion
Implanted October of 2024. All good until now, but the last couple of days, I’ve experienced pain for the first time. I’ve had some pain in the area of my penis near my left testicle where the tubing attaches towards the pump. The pump, though, sits In front of the RIGHT testicle.
Not excruciating pain, but enough to make me take notice. Then a couple of times today, I’ve experienced pain in the perineal area, but very close to the anus. I recall that there was bruising on the inside of my butt cheek there after my surgery.
Have any of you had such experiences?
I have my yearly appointment scheduled for next week and I’ll definitely make this known to my doctor, but I’m just throwing this out there for you guys.

Re: Penile and perinneal pain
There always seems to be some perineum pain, like stinging or stabbing. The sharp end of the implant goes that way... but it was definitely the first pain to disappear for good. I don't think I noticed it after month 2 or 3, i.e. a few weeks of cycling pushed through it. The tip pain was next and after that it's just the overall ache of stretching the whole shaft with cycling, which probably won't go away for good until the implant is fully expanded... and not every dick can allow this, so I'm not sure what will happen.

What type of implant do you have? The Titan has very sharp proximal tips, and eroding through the back end of the corporal space is not unheard of. If you feel around is your perineum sore? I'd talk to your surgeon if this is a new pain and it goes on more than a week.

Re: Penile and perinneal pain
After the surgery trauma was over. So maybe 3 months, I was cycling as often as possible & as long as I could stand it. I had a deed proximal depth. 10cm as I remember. Measuring 10cm back from my pubic bone is in the perineum area. Most of my cycling discomfort was in the perineum.
