Trt afer implant? Is it safe?

Anyone has undergone a trt treatment having an implant?

Does it hsve any contraindications for the implant?

Im on TRT, was on it before the implant and im on it after the implant. Nothing bad will happen, Keeps your sex drive up so you can enjoy the implant.

Vitalssk, what were your levels before and after TRT? I know there are a lot of things that go into a higher sex drive.
When I got my implant 4 years ago and they did my labs before I had surgery my testosterone was in the high 800's around 880 and I was a lot more horny back then age 63.
The last couple of years I felt that I'm not as horny as I use to be and I had my levels checked and I'm now at around 660. My primary Doc and Wellness clinic where my wife goes for her hormone therapy say that 660 is good.
I don't have any problems having sex with my wife, I just don't have the constant desire like I use to and I rarely masturbate anymore, I save those horny desires that I have for PIV sex with my wifey.

Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

My concern is related to testicular atrophy and if the pump in there (nuts)it would be affected for that atrophy? If the atrophy happens the pump would have "space"? Would it be ok?

I've read you can use HCG. Do you use HCG in order to prevent that testicular atrophy? It works?
