I have a Coloplast Titan implant. Recently, my glans has been tilting to the right. I'm guessing that means the left cylinder is going further into my glans causing the tilt.
Any insight into what I need to do?

Definitely go back to your surgeon asap. I would probably also not inflate to the maximum in the meantime.
I'm guessing that if it's starting to erode then it is likely to be a problem that needs to be addressed surgically.
