The cylinder tips?

When I'm fully inflated, I can feel both cylinder tips of my Titan very easily on the underside of the glans, resting below a very thin layer of skin. The tips don't seem to go into the glans, but extend about half way along the underside of the glans. Is this the experience the rest of you have?

Hey Mission…

My tips are in the glans, but are biased a little toward the underside. I asked my surgeon about it, he said they’re well seated in the glans and look great. When fully inflated the tips fix the gland and it doesn’t move around. If your glans flops around when inflated or you can feel the top of the tips under the glans instead of inside it, I’d bring it up with your surgeon, otherwise it’s probably fine.

I did notice the tips seating more firmly and securely in the glans in the weeks/months since surgery, and they went from being a bit painful or uncomfortable during certain positions to being painless. You are still early in your healing and things will “settle in” over time.

Mine feel like they are more on the underside of the glans. The glans are usually cold. I havent had enough sex yet to soo how the glans will perform.

Yes, mine are similar on the underside only. It isn't a problem. The shape of the glans largely dictates how it is. But measured from above, from the sides or at the end, my tips are well into the glans at all times. In my case about halfway in when flaccid and well over 3/4 inside when erect. The glans is very stable during even the roughest sex. Any deeper I would be at risk of tip erosion IMO, and likely not at the underside position. Mission you've raised this several times in different threads and had much the same answers. If there is a significant concern I think you really should contact Dr Love for an opinion.

MissionInflatable, understand. In general, as long as the glans are not 'floppy', and the tips aren't pressing to the outside, erosion, then you're likely ok. But I agree with LGXDownunder that if the situation continues to concern you, an evaluation by your Dr is probably best.
