Pre surgery suggestion.

Hello bionic warriors,

I have been implanted since 2011. I had one revision in 2017. After my first install, I had lost my pre Priapism length and was around 20cm. Now after my second revision, I have gained back all length. I am currently around 24cm erect and 16.5cm around.

Prior to getting surgery when you can't achieve erection at all, I would suggest using a vacuum pump daily to keep some kind of blood in your penis to not lose length and girth due to atrophy like I did. I would also recommend getting a flaccid length stretcher than you can wear a few hours per day. I was wearing mine leading up to my surgery and even the day of.

Any vacuum penis pump will work I believe.

The Dr I used was Dr Edward Karpman in California. Not sure if he is still doing surgeries or not. Anyway, the only regret you probably will have is wishing you would have become bionic sooner. Since 2011 I have been with well over 50 woman. None of whom knew I was implanted. They just thought I was above and beyond any man they had been with prior. Nothing is better than only going flaccid on your own terms.
