Titan vs lgx

Is there a noticeable difference in length after titan and lgx. I really want the big flaccid and girth increases that titan do. but im afraid of losing length and think about lgx!

From what I understand with LGX you can usually plan on 2-3 cm over your pre-op if you follow cycling regiment but there are pros and cons to each. Listen to the clip from one of our "star" doctors :P https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DULDzI9UnOo He basically outlines it all there.

ED since about 2000.
Just moved to Trimix from Edex.
Implant doctor shopping now.

With a good surgeon you won't lose length with either implant. IMO you are very unlikely to gain length with an LGX either. You got what you got, neither implant will change it.

Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.5"C

Post-op: 8”L and 6”C at one week.
8.5” and 6”C at three weeks with full glans engorgement

Agree with elbow room. What you have is what you have. The expansion of the LgX allows for a shorter flaccid. Not a linger hard pumped. If you want the bigger flaccid than Titan is the obvious choice…. But this is usually what most people do NOT enjoy about it. Be careful what you wish for.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off.
Infection, salvage 5-26 Titan 24cm -1cm trimmed.
