Urologist's appointment for implant

Hi All , 65 year male with  ED my whole adult life .

last year i spoke with Family Dr about referring me to a urologist regarding implant and after searching for a doctor who performs this procedure in Toronto i found Dr krakowsky who performs about 3 implant a month and his admin told him that they are not taking new patients .

Last week i had a procedure done with my regular urologist and he stated that only he could get me in as a referral .

Well low and behold i just received a call from krakowsky's office and after a few questions she told me it was actually from my GP referral which is great .

In the mid-nineties i had 2 procedures where i had venus leak and they supposedly tied some off which didn't really help , then late 90's Viagra came along which helped but with other drugs i am on currently  i do not care to take that dosage and i am currently on 2.5 Dailey of Cialis which i use to help with prostate etc. .

Would appreciate if anyone could suggest questions i would ask the doctor on my first appointment .
