VED after Implant?

Does anyone use VED after implant? Implant is fine and I cycle most days. Active sex life (GF is horny ALL the time). I have a very difficult time finishing PIV and not a chance with a BJ (which was my absolute favorite). With her riding on top I can come in about 5 minutes. I think it's the pelvic pressure, being able to lay back and relax, and seeing her on top of me. Anyway....I was wondering if VED would or could help regain some sensitivity?

ED and finally bad PD
Implant done and now have straight and hard dick
Orgasm PIV or BJ very very difficult - even masturbating is difficult.

VED worth anything? Will it cause damage post implant?

You’ll get mixed opinions from members as well as Drs. I’ve NEVER heard of VED helping sensation. More likely to hurt sensation from personal experience. From my own experience and reading others, sensitivity is better with just a little less than max inflation. Might try that but VED use is questionable at best.

I think Rider1400 is correct. You will get widely differing opinions from all sources. I started using a VED post implant after 12 months with my surgeon's approval. He isn't a great fan of them but I'm trying to improve a curve post op so he agreed, but doesn't think it will help. I've only been doing it intermittently for maximum 20 minutes at a time and don't pump to excess. Typically only once a week, but only occasionally the past few weeks as I haven't had time. I did use the VED aggressively pre surgery to help preserve maximum size.

For improving sensation I very much doubt that it will make a difference. How long have you had your implant? I didn't mostly recover full sensation until around 12 months post op. Now it's basically 100% but even now it feels like I'm still getting slightly more sensitive over time. Also overdoing things with a VED may well reduce sensation, and in extreme cases could cause permanent damage (with or without an implant). If you do decide to try a VED take things very slowly and not for too long. When I went down that path post implant I looked around for some sensible advice. That suggested inflating the implant only until the penis starts to have an erect shape/angle but is still relatively pliable. And keep it to no more than 10 minutes initially, at no more than a moderate pressure.
