Dudas entre Boston scientifics y coloplast

Hola señores hoy me dieron fecha para mí operación que sera a mediados de septiembre necesito consejo de vuestra parte y vuestr experiencia, hoy pregunté al urólogo sobre la marca que usaríamos para el implante, Coloplast o Boston scientifics y la verdad me explico que Titán era más rígido mejor cuando hay peronie que no es mi caso y que ams era más natural pero menos rígido, el lo dejo a mi elección y la verdad no sé por qué decidirme tengo 46años y me dice que cualquiera de las dos es buen para mí, aconsejadme bajo bustra experiencia cual elegiríais y porque gracias de antemano hermanos.

I have had them both, the Titan served its purpose the first time around, the AMS is serving its purpose this time around. I personally like the AMS LGX better than the titan, however they both perfrom the same. Good luck and enjoy the ride.

This has been the ongoing debate on this forum for years, and there isn't really a very good research based answer to the question. I have a previous post you can look up with a table comparing the diameters of the different implants according to implant length, and you can see that at longer implant lengths the Titan has a significantly wider diameter. The difference is less with shorter implants. I think the fact of matter is that for men with an average or slight larger penis penis lenght, up to about 6" (measured properly from tip of penis to the end of a ruler pressed into the abdominal fat) the AMS implants are wide enough to preserve the prevous healthy penis width. Longer/wider penises may benefit from having the added rigidity and width of the Titan vs the AMS. The AMS definitely feels more natural when not inflated, as it's softer and bends with minimal to no perceptable dog ears. If you search the forum you will find that most men who have both preferred the AMS implant for this reason. If I were getting an implant now, I would be very interested in the new Titan Prime implant, which is being introduced later this year. The manufacturer says it's designed to be softer and reduce the dog ears and feel more natural when flaccid. It will only be available at a limited number of locations initially, so it may take some hunting to find a surgeon who is using them.
