Question about later recovery stage. I am 3 mos after AMS 700 CX. All is going well, with device functioning as designed. Deflated state is positioned between 4 and 5 o’clock. I am able to compress the valve button confidently. There is some tissue firmness after deflation presumably due to reaction/inflammation. It has just been the last 10 days or so that I pump the device to max initially and can no longer add a bit over several minutes, so tissue is still remodeling. How long until the deflated state is back to a more normal flaccid baseline? I get that it will always be a bit fuller than before, but beach vacation will probably require a lightweight Jockey supporter under the swimsuit—don’t want to look like a creep.

CowtownSlim, I have the AMS LGX implant, I could get my dick pretty flaccid at three months, I would keep holding the deflate button with my left hand and keep squeezing my dick to get all the saline out.

But even squeezing out all the fluid my wifey would notice a bulge if I had something on that was a lighter color. Lol
It’s been almost 5 years now and she doesn’t say anything about my bionic bulge anymore. Lol I don’t squeeze out all the saline fluid anymore, I just let it empty naturally after I push the deflate button.

Like BigDave said, I don’t worry about it.

You do need to deflate your implant totally when you’re healing to make sure your reservoir space is formed large enough to accept all the fluid. If you don’t deflate totally the surgical capsule could form smaller and not allow full deflation.

your new device is designed for years and years of service, my Lgx did truly soften up for like 2 years when it was indistinguishable from a normal flaccid cock. you are in for the long hall each day is better than the last don't expect your junk to act normally for a long while, enjoy the process and never worry that a bit of a bulge is a problem.

Ive Commented on similar subjects so many times as it’s a very common concern. Sure you have a bulge….. but, it’s more that it’s new to you and maybe not so much a issue to the public. 99% of all people would never think twice seeing your slight bulge, just would think your well hung. When was the last time you walked around looking at guys bulges to see if they showed.lol! Over time it will soften up and tuck a little better but during the same time you get used to the new you and it becomes normal to you and you stop worrying about it. After a year I never gave mine a second though… and I have a titan with a pretty noticeable bulge. My wife was concerned at first so I was always trying to squeeze it dry! After 10-12 months it just stopped concerning both of us.

My surgeon didn't say anything about reservoir concerns but did recomend squeezing it out to "help prevent erosion". My CX can squeeze down quite small and gnarly looking and I don't like it and never do it. I usually pump a little extra in after a natural deflate for a nice even look. Having been a big time grower I love the look of my new flaccid. It's close to 5 inches soft and never had any concerns of any noticeable bulge. Seen similar questions before so thinking about posting some pics.

Welcome to the new "flaccid baseline". My flaccid state now is at least 85% of my erect state, whereas before my implant I was definitely a grower, so I definitely notice it now (pre-implant erect, 6 1/4 inches, post implant, 5 7/8 inches, a 3/8 inch loss, which is minimal). So hanging flaccid at 5 inches now. It has taken me some time to get used to it flaccid.

Personally, don't worry about the hang. As Rider1400 said, when was the last time you walked around looking at bulges on the beach. Just enjoy the other "scenery" on the beach and no longer worry about a spontaneous hard on that would be a noticeable bulge!

I'm with the other guys Slim, you won't look like a creep. Whether implanted or not dicks come in all manner of shapes, sizes and angles of hang.
Sure most of us have ended up showers with much a larger flaccid and sticking out a little more, but really no one is looking at your crotch to that extent. I felt so liberated as a newly implanted shower that I've visited a nude beach a couple of times for a swim.
No one has given me a second glance butt naked, even with a bit more angle than average, including the women present.
Just wear your preferred swimwear. Forget about it and enjoy yourself, life is already too short.
