Is trimix HD the end of the road?

Postby trimixmaster-mike » Fri Jul 24, 2026 3:06 am

I'm two and a half years in on trimix use. If I could make it work for the rest of my life I would.
I honestly love the stuff. But it's been undeniable how quickly my tolerance has needed increasing.
I don't even use it more than once a month.

Just maxed out on Trimix 7 and I was shocked to hear the pharmacy say that the next dosage would be Trimix HD (high dose).
It sounds like HD is the highest the compounding pharmacy goes.
I know there is quadmix, and admittedly I don't know much about the dosage tiers with it, but in everybody's experience how much further is there from here?
Has anybody else just kind of maxed out on responsiveness to trimix?

Breaks my heart to see the implant approaching already, I thought I had more time.

Thanks everybody,
Mike

This is pretty interesting.
So I am realizing that we are limited to simply what a compounding pharmacy formulates.
Mine does a couple lighter strength Trimixes.... Trimix 7.... then what they call "HD." Could be the equivalent of 11, could be higher.
I will have to ask. But thanks to you I know to enquire now.

So that is nice to realize that I may only be outgrowing what this compounding pharmacy is willing to formulate. Still, my Trimix 7 is around 180USD for the monthly supply. I can only imagine how expensive this can get. The end is still near.

Has anybody else been through this before? Any insight into the compounding pharmacy angle of things?

I guess I'm pretty lucky as to dose and cost. Since the start about 18 months ago, I have been using a mix of 30/3/20 (pap/phen/alp) and my dose has gone from 1½ to 2½ units. I initially purchased 10ml for about $200 so at an average of 2 units per dose, that yields 500 doses =~ $0.25 per dose.

I have since purchased additional vials but have yet to open one since the original 10ml is still giving good results.

Im only 2 months in since I started trimix. I try to use trimix every 2-3 days. Use viagra in between.

No change for me yet. Viagra still works good, use 100 mg last night and I stayed hard for over an hr with a cockring. This am I was still able to perform also. Side effects are not too bad this am, better than cialis or levitra.

Trimix 10-1-30 mix.
Im in eastern Canada, paid 130$ Can for 5ml. At 20 units thats $5.20 a shot.
