Hi everyone my first post here please share your experiences i am exhausted now !
i am suffering from 16 years with ED + infertility
Now all med are stopped working for me i am considering implant from last year but i have to pay from own pocket so i decided for malleable + no high volume surgeon in my own country so i went abroad for this. My strech penile length with presure is 15cm and erected length is also 15 cm bone pressed but my erect girth( circumference )is only 10.5 c,
But when I visited a high volume implant surgeon( prof osama kamal shaeer cairo Egypt )he said i have to expect 10.5 to 11.5 cm after malleable (3 4 cm loss ) he said we don't strech full presure we gently strech and put the rods in. 11cm means 4 inch is not seemed to be ok for me so i went back without implant and now i am considering ipp just to preserve my size as well
My mainly 2 question
1. i am looking and prefer for ams 700lgx model but according my circumference its suitable? I don't know how much dialaition required for lgx ( maybe i am candidate narrow base titan or ams700cxr ?
Anybody can clear my concept upon that
2. After getting ipp coloplast titan or ams700 what should i expect my post op size ? Can ipp maintain my original size i am ready lose 1 to 2 cm not more
Honestly after suffering 16 years and compromises with ed + infertility i don't want compromise anymore +15000$ are huge amount for me after spending so much money + pain i don't want 4 inch dick
I know and i don't want any enhancements i just want to preserve my original girth & length
I am on borderline size so size matters for me + I don't want to get below average
Average size pre op what to expect postop

Re: Please suggest what to do ! Size after getting implant
An IPP implanted well, will get you back to your preop size (or VERY close to it) after cycling regularly.
Your size is ideal for an LGX. And the benefit is you will have the most natural looking flaccid possible with that model.
16 years is a long time to suffer with ED.

Re: Size after getting implant
Unless you really feel like you need to improve your length (av. penile length is 13-14cm) in your case I'd go with either Titan or CX, especially if you're into petite women.
Try to get more professional measurement somewhere though. If you're too long you might make many petite women uncomfortable, (there is a reason there is such a notion among women as a "size queen". That means if she is not...
) and definitely going to have issues if you ever travel to South East Asia. Even if you lose 1 or 2 cm you should be ok imo, and most Titan and CX post-ops seem to get their pre-op length back with cycling. From the picture it seems that you could use some more girth, and both Titan and CX would give you that + more reliable rigidity.
LGX has more natural feel and looks and might give you length over your pre-op size if you cycle diligently, but it's girth expansion is more limited, and it's not considered as rigid, albeit from the feedback I get from actual LGX implantees 9 out of 10 times it seems to be more than acceptable in that department too.
You might also consider Rigicon Infla10 AX (similar to LGX) or X (similar to CX and Titan) that is going through clinical trials in the US but is probably easily available in Egypt.
One of the most prominent American implanters says that AX is the best implant he ever implanted but there are people from the UK on this forum who seem to have issues with it. I personally suspect that it has more to do with the doctor (who is also considered very high volume btw) than with the implant but who knows. Since Rigicon implant hasn't been around as much as the other two brands it doesn't have as long of the track record as other brands do too.
If I'd be you I'd go with the implant that your doctor feels most comfortable with based on his experience and his take on your anatomy. From the device perspective every one of them would have its pros and cons.
Just imh and very unprofessional opinion.

Re: Please suggest what to do ! Size after getting implant
Earlier i don't think about length it seems very good as a asain infact worried about girth but after meeting with prof shaeer and he gave i have to expect 10.5cm.to 11.5 cm then i was shocked afterwards i tilted towards 3 piece implant because i have to afford from my own pocket. I am using ved device daily for 10 to 15 min 1 min vacuum then off for 30 sec then again vacuum with 70 to 90% pressure without hurting for 1 2 min but literally i i m tired with this shit ED
