Reversing retrograde ejaculation

Postby Howling8 » Mon Jul 27, 2026 4:24 pm

Has anyone on this site ever had surgery to regain the ability to ejaculate after an abdominal surgery? I had an abdominal aneurysm removed three or four years ago. I orgasm fine, but I do miss the big explosive result at the end and so does my wife because that’s one of her kinks. Using fake cum did the trick for a while for her but lately during oral sex she said she can taste a little something at the end and it’s salty. I would love to regain the ability if the surgery isn’t too torturous. Thanks.

Mine is due to a couple prostate surgeries in early 2000s. Wasn't due to cancer, just a oversized prostate that needed to be widened at the opening for the urethra. Several Urologists have told me that my surgeries of the prostate and the area affected can not be reversed. My retrograde ejaculation cannot be reversed and I will have to live with it. I miss not being able to CUM during an orgasm.
75, ED 25+ yrs, 2 Prostate surgeries. can't ejaculate, but great Orgasms
Tried Viagra, TRIMIX, Caverjet Inj, then nothing worked. Contacted another Urologist, Dr Kansas, Austin TX. Implanted an AMS700LGX: 18cm x 12mm w/2cm rte, 3/26/24.
So far so good.

I suppose this has something to do with age; I assume that no man around the age of 80 can produce much ejaculate. The small amount that does come out doesn't shoot out as it did in his younger years; instead, it flows or trickles. All of this is related to an enlarged prostate and weak pelvic floor muscles, as well as—presumably—a lack of testosterone. An older man is not designed to father children, which is why he produces so little ejakulate. It has something to do with nature…
