There are several great possibilities. I got mine about three years ago, and it isn’t pictured on the amazon site anymore. Mine has nine suck modes and nine rotation modes. It doesn’t literally jack off like you would with your own hand, but it gets the job done quite nicely. Took a while to learn the variations, but I use it a couple times a week and it gets me off like a champ. The ones with seven suck and rotate modes are the ones similar to mine and are 55 to 75 bucks.
