Different Sizes

Im sure I may know the answer to this but want some advice. My brain is fried from porn and its caused my anxiety to be much worse. This is the reason I use Trimix. My wife knows about the anxiety but not the porn use. Anyway when I use Trimix my penis gets very erect but obviously only via the corpus cavernosuma (side chambers) since that's where the injection is made but the spongiosum (the underside) doesn't get inflated very much and it causes me to lose size (length and especially girth). Is there anything I can do about this? When I get natural erections (which I do sometimes) my penis size is significantly bigger than the Trimix erections. Please help!

I add Cialis to the mix about 3 hours before the Trimix......start with very small amount.

I think it gives me a more overall "full" feeling.

Over time I have found safe dosages for ME and I don't have any problem with staying hard too long.

I take 20mg of cialis every morning but ED drugs really don't work for me anymore. I still take it because of health reasons and I gives me a good pump in the gym. It also gives me awesome night time erections that I wake up with but it does absolutely nothing for me when Im "awake and conscious".
