A careful follower of this platform can likely deduce an important fact, but if not, I will say recovery from implant surgery is a long process. Some have more pain than others; some cycle very early while some wait 4 to 6 weeks; some start sex early and some wait until 6 to 8 weeks. Regardless, the tissue has to heal and then develop elasticity. This means that pumping at the beginning can be difficult but does ease over days to weeks. The shape and size of the organ will change over weeks to months. I am a “old pro“ at 16 weeks;) and I’m just now getting to the point where the deflated penis is softening and can fold downward a bit rather than sticking out at 45° into my swimsuit. Nonetheless, the device is working as intended and it has somehow occurred to my wife to put us on the schedule every Sunday evening, which is fine by me. Not as crazy as some of you animals out there, but more frequent than I can remember since my early 40s, even before ED. Even the sex takes just a little getting used to, to relearn sensation and position. 95% satisfaction rate with these devices (my sympathy certainly to those with a more challenging journey). Just be patient and be optimistic that it will all work out over time. Functional and comfortable generally within a couple of months, but evolution over 6 to 12 months. I think the longest recovery from any surgery apart from trauma.
