About to ask for Trimix prescription, but thinking ahead to implant too. Wondering if anybody’s partner has trouble giving oral due to dick being bigger again. Does partner ever ask you to partially deflate for oral or piv?
61. ED ten years. 25 Sildenafil used to work great. Now 100 Sildenafil + 25 Tadalafil only ok. 5-7 days a week. Tried Firmtech cockring which helps some. Going to ask for script for Trimix.

Id say it all depends on partner. Wife has a nice sized mouth. She accommodates my 7.25 x6.25 well. Feels as good as preop. Probably better tbh as i dont get soft anymore
