Congrats!
It is totally normal to feel like you lost some size initially.
The tissue at the base of your penis is swollen a bit so the length of penis visible on the outside looks shorter.
You will likely measure a bit smaller in length and girth initially but by cycling regularly (pumping to max for a period of time each day) the implant will stretch and you’ll regain much or all of that size.
But for now just rest. Sleep as much as you can. Drink lots of water. Stay off your feet. Take it easy.
Ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice ice.
Follow all of your surgeon’s instructions.
Welcome to the brotherhood.

It’s normal, every dick is a shriveled mess right after surgery. Give it time, you’ll get your size back.

Re: 27 y just implemented
I was 27 when I got my implant in 2011. I'm almost 43 now. My first revision just failed today after having that one done in 2017. It is amazing to be bionic, I just wished that by now they had an implant that lasted longer cycles. It feels like since I first found out about the Coloplast and AMS, there have been no new discoveries. Back in 2011, I wanted to get the Coloplast Titan but Dr. Edward Karpman was keen on giving me the AMS CX. Now I hear he only implants the Coloplast Titan.
So from 2011 until 2026, the only real implants are still AMS CX or LGX and Coloplast Titan. I though that by now they would have a new and improved, longer lasting implant on the market. Also, the pricing seems to be exactly the same. I also thought the procedure would have gone down in pricing since they have not released any new implants.
Anyways, enjoy being Bionic.
