Doctors in Europe.

Hello everyone , i know this question have been asked before , but i am looking for a doctor in Europe . I am based in Sweden and here seems not to be any good doctor . I found one clinic that makes 3 implants per year . I been living with ed for 8 years and I feel I need to get this done . Is there any doctor you could recommend ? I read about
Dr. Sébastien Beley , he seems to have very good price but is he good ? Can’t find that much information . Really want just a good doctor that knows how to size it good and smooth.
