I’m on first week after surgery my doc keeps me inflated after surgery do my flaccid will be the same length as now? And if i add 2 or 3 pumps after full deflation will tat makes me a shower and have a chubby flaccid penis without being semi?

You are very early in your recovery and journey getting used to your new dick
With the implant you will be more of a shower versus a grower.

Some men don’t see much length difference between fully deflated and max pumped.
I still have some length difference between completely deflated and max pumped. There’s less variation now than before getting my implant.
Another observation I notice is my dick is heavier now when deflated than I remember before implant while flaccid.

Also the implant brands have different characteristics. AMS LGX is known for being softer and hanging down more when deflated.
Coloplast Titan is more rigid and notorious for its “dog ears” when fully deflated. I sometimes put a pump or three to reduce the dog ears.

My flaccid is about 3/4 inch short of fully pumped. After my titan got broken in and much softer it has the accordion effect wher it kind bunches up. Don’t even realize this until it gets soft and you feel around usually around the base where it naturally bends and gets softer in this area as it breaks in. Engorgement can easily account for about a 1/4” if you get good engorgement. I’m on 4th surgery this year and only 10 days out and I’m already getting some engorgement when my wife gets naked in front of me!! It’s kinda painful at this point though! But, a welcome feeling!
