Next problem with the LGX in germany

Hey everyone

I had revision surgery 8 weeks ago and received my second AMS 700 LGX implant this year. Two weeks ago, I was cleared to begin cycling.

Everything went quite well until the day before yesterday, when a lump appeared. From my perspective, it is located on the lower left side of the penile shaft, just inside the body—not on the visible part of the shaft, but in the region extending into the body.
The lump is roughly the size of half a walnut. Since then, I also feel like I can no longer get enough pressure into the implant.
The pump remains firm and I can add half-squeezes, but I have the feeling that the erection itself doesn't get any harder and only this lump expands. What could this be?

seems weird, best contact your Dr. that location would be where the tube connects to the main inflatable. best show that to the doc.

The urologist on emergency duty suspects a cylindrical aneurysm.

If that turns out to be the case, I would be facing a second revision within six months.
