Revision AMX to Titan
My AMS 700 appears to have failed at four months. I have to wait two more weeks for the urologist to get back in town. It is possible that manipulation of the valve will restore function, but it seems more likely that a replacement will be necessary. I am in Nashville. Thinking of switching to Hakky in Atlanta as it sounds like his communication skills and availability are better. I assume he will favor the Titan, though I have seen some things online that he would consider using AMS again. Has anyone experienced both AMS and a Titan? I’m curious whether anyone favors one over the other. The new Prime sounds good, but even with the new cylinders it seems like that the flaccid appearance/texture will still be firmer than the AMS. It does sound like they worked to resolve the deflation button issue.
AMS 700 CX Tenacio 4/24/2026 at age 65. ED from early 50s. Pills and Trimix/Quadmix with side effects superimposed on limited effectiveness.

Re: Revision AMX to Titan
I came across a video where Dr. Hakky explains his take on both cylinders. The comments section also has good information.
