Does the Coloplast implant affect the swelling of the glans and the surrounding tissues that occurs during arousal over time?

I’ve had a Coloplast Titan a year and a half. I still get engorgement around it as well as the glans when I’m aroused.
58yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.

Your glans engorgement is unaffected. If you have good response now it should be the same after you heal up. There may be a few weeks right after surgery when you have less response as healing occurs.

Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.4”C

Post-op: 8.9” L and 6.2” C at 10 months

Agreed with Elbowroom. Same as before surgery. I’m just two weeks after third surgery this year and still getting engorgement.
Born 1965 ED at 45 pills,shots all failed.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off.
Infection, salvage 5-26 Titan 24cm -1cm trimmed
Explanted 6-17
Implanted 9-2 Titan 22cm less 1 cm trimmed
