Losing erection prior to penetration

I am using Trimix with a cock ring and achieving an erection which lasts through foreplay but is lost when I attempt penetration. Do I need to increase dose of Trimix?

How long, in minutes, is it effective (for foreplay)? It would be helpful to know what your dose and formula is. But, as a general observation, usually longer duration comes from an increased dose. If you decide to increase the dose, especially if you are at or near the doctors recommended dose, you should have liquid phenylephrine on-hand.

Dose is 0.25 ml of 10MCG -30MG-1MG/ML.

Foreplay is 20-30 minutes

You should talk to your doctor about your erection situation
For me once I got erect with Trimix it lasted about one hour before going down .
Sounds to me like you might need a slightly higher dose
60 yr male. Good health. ED started 10 yrs ago. Viagra worked then stopped. Tried other ED pills, VED, Trimix and Quadmix. Implant 2/7/25, Dr. Kai Li of Kaiser Virginia, Boston Scientific AMS 700. Have numbness at 6 month and inability to ejaculate.

That is a low formulation. Rather than increase the 25 units, I'd ask for something more potent.
