Pumping it up

Ok so it has been 4 weeks after my surgery with the Titan and I can't get it up very big. my doctor said this past Tuesday to start cycling it thru everyday and while in his office he could only get it to about 3.5 inches and had to stop cause the pain was to much. I was about 8 inches before the surgery. The girth is there but when I try to pump it up it only gets to about 3 to 4 inches long and then i can't get it to pump up anymore. My doc said it got to about 8 inches during surgery he even put in an extra 1/2 cm more in length than he normally uses. Also he couldn't bring the chambers in the penis all the way to the head so my cylinders stop right behind the head of my dick. I am can get a semi erection when i get aroused. He said this was normal as you have 3 erection chambers and they only clean out 2. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I was told I could start using it and I have plans to use it this coming weekend. Anyone else having trouble pumping it up past the point of looking like you have a baby penis but thick. I did last week penetrate my partners anus, and it hurt a little but did get it in there and the girl i'm seeing this weekend is younger and I don't want to look like I have a small penis?

You are expecting way too much ... too soon. It takes many months, not 4 weeks before you reach your intended length.

What size cylinders were used? ... You can usually determine your projected length by the size of the cylinders used.

As for pumping ... do not pump till it hurts. Try pumping until it gets slightly uncomfortable ... wait a while then add another pump, and repeat as needed. You could also try pumping while in the bath ... the warm water does wonders while pumping.

Thanks Bionic i am just going by what my doctor told me. He said after 4 weeks i could start using it and I am like really small I will have to find out what size he used. I know he told me he put in 1/2 cm longer than he usually uses. I also have where the cylinders don't go into my head. They stop before the head so i i shake my penis the head shakes around. My doctor told me that with the Titan most of the time you don't loose length and you gain girth. He told me that because he added more i should actually gain a little length. My pump is very hard to pump also it is like it pumps like 12 times now and wont pump anymore. My pump also won't move down i got a slight erection and the pump is like connected to the tissue on my shaft and its very noticeable, my uro says thats normal just keep pulling pump down but i have not been able to get it to move down it just keeps moving up.
