Hi all, had my titan implanted 3 weeks ago, no pain meds needed, swelling and bruising now all gone, back at work and I have been back in the gym, so far so good.

My only issue is concealing the damn thing, it looks like ive got semi on constantly, can anyone recommend any underwear which I could wear to help conceal? Or after activation in another 3 weeks is there any chance of it become more flacid and getting more of a natural soft appearance? I'm really concerned about the constant semi hard appearance.

Jockey pouch seems to help. If you are still inflated from surgery there may not be much you can do. Until I got deflated the first time I could not make everyone happy. The sack needed support, the shaft needed space. After the post op deflation moving around was much easier.

Part of the "inflation" you see may be due to residual inflammation of the tissues in the penis. They get mashed around quite a bit during the surgery. Even though the external signs are improving, there may be some residual swelling that will gradually go away. How fast that happens seems to vary a lot but you are still early at 3 weeks so you may see improvement over the next few weeks. In the meantime, wearing loose fitting pants, such as those with pleated fronts can give you more room for your expanded genitalia and also make them less obvious. Actually probably no one else is noticing them anyway as neither men or women, should be spending time looking at your crotch.
