Shot placement

Gentlemen,

Most guides show shot placement @ 10 & 2 on the penis with a few other locations possible. I was told & shown 9 & 3. The Dr making the first in office injection hit me there. He also advised & showed me to draw some blood back into the syringe first. On my first in home injection I went in @ 3 but when I drew back encountered a vacuum & no blood draw. The med went in pretty easy & results were obtained . Been injecting like that since. Thoughts : I must be hitting the right area but not sure why I was unable to draw back blood into syringe, any ideas?

I have never tried to draw blood, either works or not

Nor have I tried to draw blood back.

p.s. My placement of target is anywhere in the 9 - 10 or 2 -3 o'clocks
75 Year Old guy in Michigan, married in 1958, ED since late '90s, then surgery in 2008 (not prostate or other genital) damaged some nerves making the ED worse. Now on trimix
