Hi, I was wrong about this doctor so I'm deleting this post.
It seems the doctor is with a clinic that signed up for a really poor online service for their patient portal.
They have since cancelled that service and have promptly resolved my issue.
I don't see an option to delete this message so I just re-edited it.

From personal experience...nothing is more frustrating than ED.
Looking at beautiful women jogging down the street used to make my Unit twitch uncontrolably. Now I get nothing!
At that point I usually strike vigorously at my console, often uttering these words: "Quit looking at that pussy old man. You've got a limp dick and can't do a damn thing about it!"
That's why I sought out help from a Urologist. He really seems to be concerned. He keeps telling me: "Don't worry...I'm gonna fix you up!"
Hope he does..
