Been 6 1/2 weeks since getting my titan.
Used it today and the results were good.
It was a little painful if I thrust too hard but I was able to get an orgasm after about 15 minutes.
I expect it will become more comfortable in the future.
Sure beats having a limp dick and trying to copulate.
Also noticed that my attitude and outlook is greatly improved.
Another good thing with the titan is that when it is deflated it still makes a noticible bulge under my slacks. Wish I would have got this 10 years ago.

Yes all the length and extra circumference.
The pump is getting much easier to compress after using it a few times.
