No need to be nervous about if a woman can tell if you're implanted or not. Men tell women all the time that they get rock hard and can go for hours and hours, but most cannot. Once you are implanted, you will be able to, and you will have women wanting more and more, going until they beg you to stop

That would take so much of the stress not just out of a POTENTIAL sex life but regular sex would certainly help de-stress me. i dont have an implant. i feel like i will need one day because i am sick of having to take pills that are hit or miss. luckly with this girl for some reason i havent really needed to take any pills.
