I think i have VL and considering implant in the future

Im from Turkey. Im 24 years old. My penis length 6" (Bone Pressed) and girth 4.5". But my flaccid size is ridiculous. Im grower 2.5~3" flaccid length and also small girth and veins on my penis are very noticeable. Is my penis suitable for implant? Can i keep my size after implant. At least girth. Im already too thin. And i have no idea if i have to get a implant where do i have to go. I mean there is no info about doctors and their patients here and no turkish community site about ed like this perfect forum. I've seen many glad happy patients here. They can trust their doctors %100. Most of them very satisfied. But here in Turkey like i said no informations. I really dont know what to do. Im scarred to death. What if my penis shrink because of venous leak till i get a implant. My penis already small. If i lose length or girth anymore..

I've never heard of a case where the implant was deemed unsuitable, unless there was a better course of action. If you have a diffuse/severe leak, then you're a perfect candidate for an implant. My doctor told me that I'd lose 1 cm length-wise, but nothing girth. Some people here report an increase in girth, so I wouldn't worry about that. I wouldn't worry about getting an implant in Turkey, since they are very serious when it comes to andrology. They have medical papers on Venous leak, venous ligation, embolization and of course, the implant. I'll look these up when I get time. Again, other than costs, I wouldn't worry about getting an implant. Go to your general practioneer or a general doctor, tell them about your issue and be thorough. It's very important that you tell them that your issue is likely organic and you've had this issue for a long time or your entire life, otherwise they'll will just tell you that everything is in your head and prescribe you Viagra. When you've finally convinced them, have them refer you to a center of andrology, where the experts are. My guess is Ankara or Istanbul. That's what I would do anyway.

Also, regarding your worries about shrinkage. You'll be absolutely fine. I've had severe VL my entire life, but my dick hasn't shrunk. It'd be a different story if you couldn't get an erection at all.

Yes, it counts if you never got any erection at all, then the lack of blood flow to your penis could cause you to lose size. But if you can get small erections then you should be fine until the implant.

My glans soft. Implant can fix that? And if i go to america for surgery how much will it cost me? Any idea? I realized my stretched length smaller and shorter than my fully erect size. I dont know why maybe im doing it wrong.

For soft glans, have you tried Viagra or cialis? Sometimes people will take these pills even if they have an implant because it helps the glans get big. Also, some surgeons can place the tips of the implant into the glans so it gets somewhat hard. The pills are best if they work though.

As for cost, the cash price of Andrew Kramer's implant operation (one of the 3 best American surgeons) is around $15000 I believe.

And yes, your stretched size may be smaller than your natural erect size. I believe you will still be extremely satisfied with your implant even if you lose a small amount of length. Many people on here reporting not losing any size.

And I will add that, before implant, I was about the same size as the OP when flacid. With an implant, my uninflated length is about 5. 5 inches and my girth is much greater. My surgeon, Dr. Karpman, placed the tips of the cylinders in the glans. That doesn't make the glans big but does give me the rigidity for penetration. I am very pleased with my outcome.

Go to youtube and do a search for penile implant surgery. There are many videos showing doctors performing the surgery.
