Trimix Quantity increase = No difference

As in my previous topic I got Trimix of 30/1.5/20 about 6 weeks ago, after Edex didn't really help.
I started Trimix with 20 units and felt I was pretty close but no lit cigar. The shaft seemed fairly hard (not as strong as b4 surgery) but the soft glans made penetration virtually impossible.
Also within about 30 mins the erection was going away.
Since then I have just finished the 5ML vial by gradually increasing each time up to 50 units today. (Note I did 45 at first then 3 mins later put the last 5 on the other side)
Interestingly I hardly see any difference between 20 and 50 (or anything in-between) - maybe 80% erection but still with soft glans so no penetration - maybe the time before deflation has increased a bit with higher doses.!
One attempt had virtually zero response so guess I missed the target completely but the rest have given me almost exactly the same response as above.

Note that I had PC Surgery in April and now the pills do nothing. However right up to surgery time I could reach and obtain a very strong erection every time without any aids.

I will ask Pharma for stronger mix but wondered if anybody had comments - especially the Soft Glans ?
