So much has been written as to the length of the implant tubes, but what about the width. Are they all the same width regardless of the length?

From what I can find on the net, there's no real difference in cylinder diameters. According to the AMS 700 Operating Room Manual, the LGX and CX cylinders have a max diameter of 12-18mm, while the CXR uses smaller cylinders of 9.5-14.5 mm. The Coloplast Titan is not so well documented, but most sites that give a diameter give 13-18 or 13-19mm.
I should add that these are the minimum and maximum diameter of each model, not a range of max sizes. In all cases, the true max diameter is limited by your own body - the corpora and surrounding structures are strong enough that you cannot overinflate!
