Pumping - times and pressure

6 months with my AMS 700CX and all is going well.
It has become much easier to inflate and by about 8 pumps my penis is getting quite firm. I have at times pumped as many as 40 times, some only partial but most full compressions.
Is it possible to pump too many times and possibly damage the mechanism?
Also, if having very great strength in my hands can I damage it?

I'm also 6 months post -op with my AMS 700 LGX
I've been told by urosurgeon and heard it often repeated here that you can not overinflate or damage the unit by pumping too much.
I can't comment on the strength you use and possible damage but just let up on the strength you use, a slight pump will accomplish just as much.

Things just get better every day !
