got the okay from Dr. for implants, think I will go with the ams lgx 700(?) for obvious reasons. Has anyone looked into or has had a suspensory ligament cut to add lost length to your friend? If so, what were the results and were there extra fees involved? Thanks for a wonderful site.

You can gain back your lost length doing manual stretching and other stretching techniques. These will give you flaccid stretch gains fairly quickly. You don't need to have any surgery for that, just the implant. I have gained back half inch or so, and plan on having surgery in the last quarter of this year.
If you have lots of spare "alone" time, you can use it for more stretching and faster gains like what I am doing.
