How can I produce my own erection?
I have had ED now for 4 yrs. my wife passed away two yrs ago so I don't have female companionship for sex, so I have really gone downhill. I use to could get an erection that didn't last long but now I can't even do that anymore. I have gone to the doctor for help. To cut this short ,I use injections to obtain an erection and that Works very well. My Dr. Just got me a pump to try as an alternative to injections. I would really like to get some advice from you guys. Thanks, Ron

I just had my implant this past Monday. So far so good. In the beginning I tried pills. Never worked. Tried the pump HATED it. You can only use it for about 30 minutes, past that the penis is cold and blue (lack of blood flow). Next tried injection. Went through sever different mixtures until I found on that worked most if the time. But even that stopped working after all that. Finally decided to take the final step, the implant. From what I read here the majority of men wind up getting a implant. Give it a thought. Ask questions. We are here to help other determine what's best for them

age 80. Prostate removed (cancer) 20 years ago. ED resulted. 19+ years did nothing. Tried pills, vacuum pump (HATED IT), injections worked sometimes, but not dependable. Presently have a inflatable, worked the 1st year. Not working for me now.

Thanks Stanley for answering my post. I am hoping I can bring back my own ability to get an erection. I am even trying testosterone boosters in the pill form from health food stores because my testosterone level is low. I took the shots but had bad adverse reactions, I am really despret about fighting ED.

Hi Ron,
I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan Penile Implant December 13, 2007 after developing ED Post-Prostatectomy in February 2004.
The Titan has been working llike a charm for the past 7+ years and my wife and IU both love it.
I would do it again in a heart-beat!
