Stubborn Incision

I am 10 weeks out from my third surgery. First was infected. Second was a semi-rigid which was just too painful. Third is a retry of an inflatable. For the third, the Doc made three incisions. One on either side of the penis to set the tips. The third in the scrotum.

The scrotal incision has closed as has one of the penis incisions. The one penis incisions seems not to want to close completely and after all this time weeps a very small amount of clear fluid. I do still have some discomfort in the scrotum and in the penis and am taking an antibiotic to be sure there is no infection. I have no redness, swelling or fever.

Until this incision closes the Doc says I can not begin to cycle my pump.

Has anyone experienced this issue with an incision and if so how did it resolve and how did you get it to close?

I would appreciate any comments.

My scrotal incision was very slow to close, and I didn't help matters any by scrubbing the scab too vigorously in the shower. I went back to Dr Kramer and he put in a couple of additional stitches, after which it closed right away and healed in 2 or 3 days.

When does the scab from the incision go away? I see why some physicians say wait 6 weeks, I don't want to mess anything up down there at all and want to be 100% sure. But it doesn't seem like mine is going away any time in the near future (12 days post surgery). I don't like it.

It's been a while, so I don't remember exactly, but I think I was about 3 weeks post op when I had to get re-sutured, and then just a few days after that until it healed completely
