implant on Tuesday, have questions

Hi
I had my implant Tuesday 15, I came home the next day, Wednesday 16, my penis looked red and little bloated, I had 101.6 temperature on Wednesday night and sent a message to my doctor yesterday morning, the nurse called me back and said it was ok. I have been taking antibiotics. No temperature since that night. I have been using ice on and off and have applied antibiotic locally. I removed the dressing this morning and this afternoon my penis is more bloated.
It is Friday afternoon and would not like to call the doctor unless this did not happen to anyone in the bionic brotherhood,

Is it this normal?

So it supposed to be more bloated at the 3rd day than the 2nd day?

That's the way it went for me. The swelling was on the top side of my penis.
