AMS Phone Number

Anybody have a number to AMS that you can call and speak to a live person and not a Damn recording?

I have the number for Shelly : 1-888-865-3373 in the precertification department. She is nice and I am certain can send you to the department you need. sometimes she answers the phone, sometimes you leave a message, but she does return calls.
