My new urologist gave me a prescription for trimix at a new compounding pharmacy. After a little trial and error, determined that 8 units gives me a very firm (10 out of 10) erection for 90 minutes to 2 hours. My girlfriend and I are very happy with my little iron man!
I know a lot of guys have had issues with trimix, but I'm very happy. Hopefully, longer term issues will not crop up. FYI, I use an auto injector and have not had any issues with it either. Successful injections at least 90% of the time.

Yes, my trimix prescription is 30/0.5/20 pap/phen/PGE1.
