I ordered 5 pair of the Erector briefs http://www.internationaljock.com/balls- ... 72130.html. I must say they are much more comfortable than the Jockey brand of similar style from Kohls.
Issues I have though are they must be made for people with short fat dicks and small balls. I have a 32" waist. Med was a 28"-32". I ordered 1 pair of medium and 4 pair of large which was labeled 32-36". I chose more large as I expect to be swollen for a bit. I like the smaller ones best comfort and fit wise, but the issue I have are the ball sack is too small in both. You can sort of cram them in, I do not how it would be possible with the pump. There really is not enough room for both balls and your entire sack, just your balls. The ball sack mostly holds you balls up to your body like a jock strap. I am used to hang free style briefs so where is a lot of room . The tube is also too short and in all 5 pair my dick flacid sticks out the top about 1 1/4" or more. I measured and penis was 6 1/2" at the time of the picture for you who got one. Certainly would have to wear something over it like slipping a baby sock over my dick. I have worn a baby sock over it before and it works well. Just another long winded post and my 2 cents worth. I do have every intention of giving them a try. d

Crap, that's bad news.
I ordered 10 of them, 5 medium, 5 large (didn't know which size to choose since I'm 32 as well).
Didn't get them delivered though before I took off for surgery.
Wife brought them back to Scandinavia later where we were supposed to meet up over the holidays.
That didn't happen as those following My Journal will know.
Wife is coming home today, bringing those underwear with her again.
I was hoping they would save my problem of how to conceal my dick in my suit at work next week.
But if they are like you say, too small for an implanted longer-than-normal flaccid, and an implanted 3-balls-scrotum, then I need a new plan...

I am circumcised ( from birth), a practice I loathe and would not recommend. I have often at high movement times over the years slipped a cotton baby sock over it to keep from chafing and have done the same with a sock over my balls before in the summer for the same reason, atleast before I found someone who makes decent underwear designed to match your anatomy. I keep a box full of the socks on hand. You will understand with the pic what I am saying. That said, it appears it will do an excellent job keeping things upright. The small ball sack part bothers me. I now wear exclusively Andrew Christian underwear, preferably the Blow series. Bright colors under my clothes do not bother me. Fun that is no-one's business but mine and my wife's. Comfort is king and the these have enough room that they are the most comfortable I've ever worn. I have gone to bed and forgotten I had them on because the truly feel like you have nothing on. they have an almost naked series that is supposed to be like that but I have none of the series. I've ordered 10 more pair as I am certain the extra space will be of help with a larger flacid state. Here is a link. they come in many colors and trunk style also. I would not order show it tech at all. Tried it. I know they cater to gays but the gay boys know how to make comfortable underwear that fits your body. Also the A.C. underwear is made in such a way that you Never have to adjust your junk. That is important to me as I do a lot of business in public and give talks in public forums on county issues as well as news or political events. I also hate to have to pull up my junk because I just sat down on my balls! I just cannot sit in a suit and adjust my junk while in audience to discuss issues with the governor when he comes to town. ( My wife is always " now what are you up to?" when the newspaper or television station appears to interview me). Glad you are feeling the comfort of home. I don't like them either. Even in size 32-36 (I am 32-33), they are too small. Too tight over the scrotum, which is the main issue.

Same here. What's up with that small sack? 32-36 was too small for my testosterone atrophied balls. No way the old balls would fit and don't think I will be able to fit a 3rd one in. Have plans to modify them. Pieces made if the *&^($!@%#^ Singer and serger don't still hate me. An inverted baby sock sewn on the top of the tube and the bottom of a man's tube sock sewn in place of the stupid little pimple of a ball sack; just short enough for support but big enough things will fit comfortable. Damned shorts must have been designed by a couple of lesbians or a eunuch. Still more comfortable than Jockey brand erector briefs. good thing I don't plan to wear these over a month to 1 1/2 months. d

Heard about David Archy Micro modal separate pouch briefs from someone here and they are by far the most comfortable underwear to hold things in place at least for me. I also wear suits and speak in front of large audiences and while there is no way to wear slim suits without folks knowing I have a penis they help minimize the bulge and keep it positioned comfortably and not showing up down one pants leg or off to the side. The midline position is less OMGish.

The trunk version of the David Archy https://www.tommyjohn.com/ looks quite similar to the the Jockey brand I bought at Kohls in Nov or Dec. I returned them due to the tight leg elastic but also did not like the very wide dick tube which let it flop from side to side. Somebody had to make an upright tube like the erectors with a pouch like the David Archy. Where are the guys with decent size balls in the design department? d
