I had a meeting last week and I'm sold but I've got a couple of questions. My flaccid size is small enough to be mentioned by the doctor, I'm wondering how all that stuff fits in my small package. He mentioned I might have to leave it partially inflated. It sounds like this might be a problem with the Titan having a stiffer shaft. I'm just glad theirs an option, my sex life with my venous leak and my heart valve replacement have been on a steady decline.
Thanks for any insight:)

Discussion with the Doc is your best bet for size. Most won't commit to the size of the prosthesis until they have measured the corposa in both directions from the incision. Best advice I have had is you can expect to reach your bone pressed flaccid stretched length, but, likely no more. To do that measurement, you pull the glans away from your belly as firmly as reasonable. Press a ruler into the abdominal wall until it hits the pubic bone. That is likely your max length. Most docs leave the prosthesis partially inflated (about 60 to 80%. until you are activated. I would have a very candid discussion with Perrito about length and what you can expect and why.

We did talk and he said I'd probably have to have it partially inflated in order to straighten the tubes so they didn't have sharp corners. I was just wondering how some others guys have reacted to this.
Thanks

What type anesthetic did you have local or spinal ? Having read some it appears the new type spinal's are the ticket.
Thanks

Spinal..... And kept me in the hospital overnight... Rode home singing the next day... Very little pain, other than that first night in the hospital.....
