Well, because of the advice and support from this site I asked about injections yesterday at my URO appointment and he had no problems with it. He showed me how and then injected 50units of Trimix and in about 10 -15 minutes I was raging HARD. He came in and checked me and gave me the prescription and told me to go home. My wife always accompanies me to these appointments, when I met her in the waiting room she could tell I had a hardon. We live about 1.5 hours from the doctor so on the way out I suggested we go to a hotel about 5 minutes away. We did!! I am very Happy to say that my wife is a little uncomfortable today. I rode her, she rode me for more than a hour. I joked that she yelled out the Uro's name when she came the 2nd or 3rd time. I am more than relived to be able to again have real good sex with my wonderful beautiful wife. Thanks to all who encouraged me to seek out injections. I have another appointment next week and also the nearby Hotel.

What a great story. When I got my first and only injection at the doc's, I drove home with a semi and immediately took my wife to bed. Sadly, the prescription was way too weak and nothing became of it. After injecting more several days later, everything was fine. I did have to get a stronger prescription after that and things are going well.

That seems like a heavy dose for the first time. I got 28 units in the URO's office and wound up with a 6 hour erection.

I now scale back to a maximum of 10 units and still often get 4 hours out of it with maximum hardness. 30-1-10

I have had a few failures (I am assuming that it was a result of missing the mark) but now that I have some trial and error experience it seems like I have perfected it for myself so that the injections actually cost me less than pills (which didn't work anyway). My cost now is about 1.50 per injection.

What a relief not having to worry about getting and/or maintaining an erection so that I can fully enjoy the experience without performance anxiety.

The ability to sustain a full erection has so much to do with your self esteem as a man, I feel, irregardless of the fact that one may need some help (whether pills, injections, implants or whatever) to achieve it.

For me, if there was ever a "magic bullet", this is it.

Well, I am not sure what the correct response should be, if I should even respond. But, I did receive the injection and like I said it worked. I was erect for a long time and I will continue to use it as directed by my URO! I may adjust the dosage to reduce the erect time. By the way we are planning to use it again this afternoon. I like it..

I assume your uro warned you about an erection lasting more than four hours or so, and what to do about it . . . ?

We should not automatically assume how many units is "too much" for someone. BigJoe you should consider a lower dosage, if only to use less medicine and save money. But 50 units is not necessarily off the chart. I know -- I use 100 units. And that's with a relatively strong 30-2-20 prescription.

After some trial and error with weaker prescriptions my uro told me to start at 50 units and work my way up to 100 units. At 100 units I am still only at a 6-7 erection that lasts 90 minutes max. So again, different strengths can work differently for everybody.

BigJoe just make sure you are schooled about the dangers of a four-hour erection and how to prevent/treat such a happening. Have fun!

Good for you! Funny story too, stopping on the way home to USE that erection. i did much the same thing with my first injection erection only my wife was home. i told her to get ready, that I'd be home in about 30 minutes. i arrived still hard and we went to town for an hour....and 3 orgasms for her!

Love this story! I took Viagra and Cialis for years with what I thought was good results but little did I know what I was missing. My first Trimix dose made my erection invincible and the wife and I couldn't kill it. It was AWESOME! It felt so good to be able to throw down like that after so many years of struggling with ED. It's like I was given some kind of sexual super power. WOW! It was rock hard for hours and we were going at it from all angles and positions that never would have worked on Viagra and Cialis. I was just pissed that it took so long for me to discover it. I'm still a Trimix rookie with only 3 doses under my belt(literally) but looking forward to many more magical Trimix experiences.
