Hi guys! I thought hearing from a women might be helpful for some of you so here goes...

Me and my boyfriend are 23 - from my light browsing people seem to advise others to wait before going for surgery.I know we are both very young, and you shouldn't jump into surgery without looking at other options that might help you first. You're all different and it's a big deal. But he decided the time was right for him and didnt wait and we're both benefiting from that now. Lets just start off by saying these things are a miracle and I secretly hope (for the happiness of womankind) that one day every man gets one!

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best sex I have ever had - and I wouldn't consider my past sexual experiences to be poor. Obviously there's the clear bonus of being able to turn it on when you like for as long as you like - can't really go wrong can you. It adds to the spontaneity of sex as all the usual man issues (drunk/cold/tired/high) that prevent the joy that is erections on demand are removed. It's more than that though - no non-bionic penis has ever made me cum so much in my entire life! I genuinely worry that I'll never be satisfied with un-upgraded man parts again. Obviously our own chemistry comes in to play here, so no suing me if you wake up and youre not some sexually gifted demi-god - but hopefully this is a little bit of reassurance that this wont hurt your sex life. Don't be held back feeling that this is going to take any of the fun out of sex for your partner - it will add to it.

Try not to get hung up on the aesthetics. They feel great to play with (harder than a normal penis when pumped up) and still look very proud when floppy. If you're self conscious about it and don't have a steady partner you could easily get away with not telling people on a casual basis - maybe I'm not the average women but I like to think us ladies avoid being particularly handsie with testicles unless invited to do so. There'd be no way to tell you had an implant without a good ball fondle, it just looks like a penis! Yeah you may lose some length as my boyfriend did after initial surgery but guys please remember - a finger is enough to make a lady moan - you don't need a pornstar style monster penis to hit the spot - so please don't be hung up on this.

We didn't meet until after he'd had his implant. I won't lie, when he told me about it I was speechless. Id never even heard of implants and thought he might be winding me up, and at first I was a little cautious with how and where to touch him. He explained how it all worked and was very open with me, didnt make me feel awkward about asking questions. Just don't be shy about it - I've had so much fun with my boyfriend exploring and learning about how it all works. I've even managed to get in on the pumping here and there.

His opp wasn't without issues, and when we first met he didn't seem happy with the results. If you're feeling down about it, go and share it with someone - you can fall back in love with it while they do! Enjoying it together improved his attitude to the implant so much and seemed to have a really positive effect on his general outlook to life.

There were a few complications with his original surgery (implant twisted) so he had to go in for a revision at the end of April. Sadly our sex life took a massive hit for a while, all of the pain and swelling meant we obviously couldn't use it and after a while he got a bit tired of pleasuring me and not being able to join in himself. Thats the first time I ever felt an issue with having a bionic boyfriend, because after all us ladies need quite constant attention and start to feel a bit neglected / undesirable if our needs are getting met. I know that sounds selfish of me, but as a women I'm never going to be able to fully relate to dealing with erectile dysfunction, or the journey you have to go on to get an implant - I (and i assume other ladies) struggle with empathizing fully to your situation, so guys please just TALK TALK TALK - tell us how you feel, tell us why - just tell us everything!!

It would be nice to get some REAL female feedback on here. A number of men on this site say that they are very satisfied with the results of their surgery. I assume that their wives or girlfriends are happy also.

Well, I am 100% with you.
Just thought I had ruffled enough feathers here, and since I thought a majority of all people here would buy in to this story, I held back on my opinion (for once).
But the post is a fake.

The easiest way to get the women's perspective out here is us posting our partners opinions, or even hand over the keyboard to them. I have referred to my wife's opinion several times, and a few others as well. But why not more?
